Order Cancellation & Returns

At iizii.pl, we aim to make the process of cancelling, returning, or refunding as clear and simple as possible. Here's how everything works:

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

🛑 Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

📩 To cancel your order and request a refund, please send an email to returns@get4u.eu with a formal request including the following required information:

✅ Required details to include in the request:

• 📦 Order number

• 📭 Status (e.g. “Item has not been shipped”)

• 💳 Note: “I request a full refund to the same payment method used in the original order”

• 💰 Payment method used (e.g., bank card, transfer, PayPal, etc.)

• 👤 Full name (first and last name)

• 📧 Email address used for the order

• 📅 Date of birth

⏱️ If the item has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your complete request.

2. Return Policy

🔄 If your item has already been delivered but doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date.

✅ Return requirements:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation

• Used or damaged products are not eligible for return and may be treated as a warranty case

3. Return Process

2. 📄 Wait for return authorization and return address

3. 📦 Pack the item securely, include a copy of your invoice, and ship it

4. Refunds

💰 Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• 💸 A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days

• 🛠️ Partial refunds may apply if the product was used or damaged

• 🚚 You may choose your preferred shipping method to return the item

5. International Returns

🌍 If you're returning an item from outside Poland:

• Return shipping costs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

📷 If your product arrives damaged:

1. Fill in the warranty request form

2. Include a description and photo evidence

3. Send to: returns@iizii.pl

4. The item will be inspected within 5 business days

5. A replacement or full refund (including shipping) will be offered

📝 Quick Summary:

✅ Cancel orders on the same day until 4:00 PM (if not yet shipped)

✅ Return unused items within 14 days in original condition

✅ Damaged items = warranty, replacement or refund

✅ For international orders, customer covers return shipping unless item is faulty

✅ Refunds processed within 5 business days to the original payment method
