Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;

• Audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the last goods.

You may notify us via a clear statement (e.g., by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 30-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you , including delivery charges (except additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than our standard and least expensive option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return – whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

We will cover the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
