At iizii.pl, we are committed to giving you peace of mind by offering warranties that cover manufacturing defects and ensure long-term product reliability. Below you’ll find full details about your warranty coverage, how to make a claim, and where service is performed.

🛡️ Standard Warranty

All products purchased through iizii.pl come with a 24-month standard warranty.

📅 The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.

✅ What Does the Warranty Cover?

• Manufacturing and material defects

• Technical malfunctions (e.g. screen failure, battery issues, hardware errors)

• Repair or replacement of the product in case of covered defects

❌ What Is Not Covered?

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)

• Accidental damage (e.g., water, falls, misuse)

• Unauthorized repairs or tampering

• Software issues or user-installed apps

• Batteries beyond their expected lifecycle

🛠️ Warranty Service

Within the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the defect:

🔧 Repair – Performed by certified technicians using original parts whenever possible

🔄 Replacement – If a repair isn’t feasible, the product will be replaced with the same or an equivalent model

💰Refund– If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the case

🏢 Authorized Manufacturer Service Centers

All warranty-related repairs are handled exclusively by authorized manufacturer service centers located as close as possible to the customer’s location.

📦 Customers are responsible for delivering the product to the service center themselves. Shipping to the service location is not covered unless otherwise agreed.

📝 How to File a Warranty Claim

🔎 After inspection, we will determine whether repair, replacement, or refund applies.

➕ Extended Warranty

Some products may offer optional extended warranty coverage up to an additional 12 months, available at checkout.
